A: Yes, our Osler Electronic Medical Records software gives us confidential access to your records at other Highroads Medical Clinics sites. With your consent, the doctors at each Highroads Medical Clinics can provide accurate advice, as well as updating your record for your family physician.

 

Q: I don’t have a family physician—does that matter?
A: Not at all, the doctors at Highroads Medical Clinics can serve all patients, even out-of-province visitors.

 

Q: Can I get a referral to a specialist if that’s what I need?
A: Yes, doctors at Highroads Medical Clinics are able to refer you to any specialist that you require.

 

Q: Do you handle WCB- and ICBC-related injuries?
A: Yes, the doctors at Highroads Medical Clinics do. Just notify our reception when you check in that your visit is related to a WCB or ICBC issue.
